The UniTech Services Group stand is a familiar sight at events , well-stocked with a variety of colourful PPE and showcasing the company ' s laundry , lease and respirator process services . UniTech ' s wide range of other services may be less familiar , but include scaffold monitoring and decontamination , ADR transport , fabrication and temporary storage .

UniTech Germany is the partner for all the country ' s nuclear power plants , so it works with RWE , Enbw , EWN , Vattenfall and E . ON . All the contracts last at least five years , and E . ON ' s runs until 2038 . In Germany , a strong focus is on dismantling , and UniTech is constantly developing new products focused on this .

Last but definitely not least , the Unitech Group has signed an extended service contract for Sweden ' s SE emergency programme . It will provide laundry services and leasing for all the country ' s nuclear power plants , whether operational or in decommissioning .

The Group has recently signed four major new contracts to supply these services across Europe and in the UK for years to come .

Unitech UK has recently signed a Decontamination and Laundry contract with Magnox for four years with the option for a further three and is in discussion regarding other services including scaffold monitoring and decontamination and a respirator pool . It has also fabricated a bespoke Boot Barrier for EDF Torness ( see box ).

It incorporated a base with a Tacky Mat and fixed wheels at a 45 degrees angle for ease of movement .
